- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
- 4 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs (I just totally ignored this!)
Really simple, all you do is mix up the parm and mayo, and spread it over the top of the chicken in a baking dish! In the oven for 20 mins until cooked at 425F and you’re done! It isn’t crispy but it is amazingly good, we have it all the time now that I have found it!
