My kids are super huge fans of Staceyplays, well the whole bunch of them actually. Stampy, AmyLee, Squid, the whole bunch. They watch them all the time and that’s where they get all their ideas for what games to play and how to play them! A great group of Youtubers that are friendly and kid safe! Stacey has dogs, and in one of her vlogs she makes dog cookies! My kids figured since it was getting close to Christmas, and we have a dog, we should make him some dog cookies too.

Now since my 8 year olds hand writing is a little hard to read, I’ll write out the ingredients and just for the record, we had a heck of a time wondering how we would get bacon powder! Which we now know isn’t one of the ingredients she meant BAKING powder, which is totally different! Glad we figured it out before I went and ordered some bacon powder off the internet or something!
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Molasses
- 1 Cup of milk
- 1 Cup peanut butter (we use all natural pb cus recently there have been those reports of other ingredients being added and hurting dogs)
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- Carob chips (which we skipped)
- 1 Cup of each whole wheat flour and white flour.
We mixed all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and the wet ones in another and then mixed it all together. On a floured surface we rolled out the dough and used our Christmas cookie cutters to shape the cookies. We were supposed to bake the cookies at 350F for 18 mins, however 18 mins was WAY too long for my oven. They would have been totally burned to a crisp, mine were in there for about 10 mins and that was still too long. Next time I would only put mine in for 8 mins or so.
