The Geeks Get Healthy…. Again: Week 4!

Welcome back to the 2017 edition of Geeks Get Healthy! Where we give our updates, and resolutions, support and encouragement for making ourselves a little bit healthier in the new year!  We want to motivate one another and help each other get on the right track by working out, eating right, and reaching a great state of mind in the process. Join us weekly as we share our personal journey’s and stats to show you all that if we can do it, so can you!


Not doing too bad, don’t have a weight today cus it’s cheating time! We go out every Weds for dinner haha so I will have to start remembering to do a weigh in prior to cheating a bunch and skewing the numbers 😛 Otherwise still sticking to the plan and doing a lot more walking!

This week was a little weak on the activity front because of my schedule and some unexpected projects that popped up at work. I managed to get to the gym on Tuesday and lifted, focusing on chest, back, core, and legs. Thats it this week. Next week will be loads better!


Dear diary

I have to get serious. I will be starting LONG walks again next week with a buddy!! Finally!! I’m so excited! #healthypixie feels better and knows it!
