Wow! My starter must be coming along well, it’s smells HORRIBLE hahahaha I think that means it’s working! We’re on Day 4, it’s rising, and bubbling and is definitely fermenting! I am having a hard time believing that something so yummy gets made with something that smells so foul! I hope yours is working well if you’re trying it with me! By Monday’s post I should have a loaf made, tomorrow is day 5, so it’s ready to use for baking! The recipe that I am going to try and follow to make the bread is here: Sourdough Bread
