Slow Cooker Chicken Chilli

Still hot here! Working on finding some new crock pot recipes! This one is really good, we’ve had variations of it twice this week and everyone loves it!


  • 4-5 chicken breasts20160717_155324
  • Can of tomatoes (large can)
  • Jar of salsa of your choice
  • 1 can of Black Beans
  • 1 can of Pinto Beans (or other beans of your choice!)
  • 1 large can of Corn
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion powder

Ready for the super easy? Place the chicken in the bottom (mine was still frozen), pour everything else on top, except spices. Cook on low for 6 hours until the chicken can be easily shredded. Shred the chicken in the pot and add the spices, mix well, then leave to cook for another bit to let the spices soak in. You can add more or less chilli powder depending on how hot the salsa is that you added earlier!

Super easy, super good! Nice to have on a hot day when using the oven is out of the question!
