Here is another super easy, just a few ingredients dinner! Crock pot salsa chicken
- chicken – as much as you need to feed your family
- 1 jar of salsa
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
First step is really the easiest lol Put your chicken and your salsa in the crock pot. Cook that for about 5 hours on low, until the chicken is fully cooked, but not so cooked that it shreds apart. Once the chicken is done, put the chicken and salsa into a casserole dish. Add the shredded cheese on top and bake at 350 until the cheese is bubbly on top. We paired this chicken with rice and broccoli so once everything was cooked, we put the rice and broccoli on the plate, put some salsa and a piece of chicken on top of the rice, and put a tblsp or so of sour cream on top of the chicken. If you’re feeling fancy you could always add some green onions to the top of the chicken as well!
