We want to motivate one another and help each other get on the right track by working out, eating right, and reaching a great state of mind in the process. Running is going about the same. Eating wise I am kind of dieting? At least I’m eating baked potatoes for dinner and hoping the dinner calorie deficit will compensate for all other misdeeds of the day.

Not quite sure why my weight is pinballing around a little lately, but its okay. I’m still generally on track and better fitness is the real goal, anyway. On Wednesday, I ran on the treadmill, did some stationary bike, and some quick core work. On Thursday, I lifted, focusing on chest, shoulders, back, and core. On Thursday night, our soccer team won 6-1. That felt nice. That’s all this week!


Dear Diary, I’m eating properly, and for the most part, getting adequate sleep. I need to get back on a routine though. I miss it. Hopefully I can get beyond this plateau and feel better about the physical, now that the mental is working.
