Hello everyone and welcome to week 47 in the quest of a few internet friends who are trying to get healthy! We want to motivate one another and help each other get on the right track by working out, eating right, and reaching a great state of mind in the process. I hurt my arm pretty badly. I do not think it is from lifting but I cannot work my let arm out for a while. I even will need to do some physical therapy…BOO! Plus it is Thanksgiving. Pretty light week due to a combination of work schedules and recovery from bronchitis. And then I decided to go all out in the gym Thursday and promptly sprained my right hand. That is life. On Thursday morning, I lifted, focusing on chest, back, and core. On Thursday night, our soccer team lost 3-4. That’s it this week!


Dear diary, Got hit with a viral… Thing. Might be the water. Might be just some demented gremlin in the internal plumbing of several people on this island. It sucks. I do not exercise when I’m sick… Be thankful of that. I have however been reminded of how dehydrated you can become. Drink more fluids, people.
