Hello everyone and welcome to week 46 in the quest of a few internet friends who are trying to get healthy! We want to motivate one another and help each other get on the right track by working out, eating right, and reaching a great state of mind in the process. Join us weekly as we share our personal journey’s and stats to show you all that if we can do it, so can you!


I am having a great time working out early in the morning and need to keep the motivation going. One thing that I need is to work on eating healthy. My chiropractor and my husband are both telling me to cut back on my running and I have been eating all the things. That is all.

OK. Was really struggling with my lungs this week. Went to the doctor Friday and she confirmed bronchitis and sentenced me to the couch for a few days to prevent it from becoming pneumonia. I decided not to tell her I played in a soccer game 12 hours earlier… On Tuesday, I ran 2.67 miles inside on the treadmill, then 2.3 more on the stationary bike. On Thursday night, our soccer team won 3-0. I’ll get back into the swing of things later this week when the meds catch up!


Dear Diary, I wish you weren’t so lazy and would come do my squats for me. When you come, bring chocolate. Kthxbai. FINE. I’ll just keep doing them. What are these… muscles around my midriff area? GAH! They are trying to steal my Stay Puftness!!! Help!
