Let’s keep the motivation going!!  Wanna chat about diet or exercise? Tweet me @Sarindre or follow me on MyFitnessPal as korngirl723. Have a great week!

Yesterday I woke up and looked in the mirror. I said to my husband, “Babe – do I look like I ate over a pound of fudge yesterday?” He responded in the negative and promptly went back to sleep. Regardless, that conversation sums up the relationship that I’ve had with food in the past week.
Running is going strong, though!!! I will hit 1900 miles tomorrow and will officially be on the home stretch!!!

Starting weight: 213 (3/1)

Last week: 189 (9/29)

This week: 189

Goal Weight: 180

Still limiting my lifting due to lingering shoulder soreness. On Monday, I ran 5 miles outside. On Wednesday, I ran 2.3 miles inside on the treadmill with speed incrementally increased, then did 2.3 more on the stationary bike. On Friday night, I had a soccer game, which we won 4-0. That’s all this week!

Dear Diary, Figured out why I’m sick, slowly working to get rid of the issue, and pulled a muscle in my right shoulder doing a stretch. Therapy is going well, and I’m hoping to get back into long walks again soon. The weather is finally starting to calm down now, so the extreme heat of the Caribbean summer is less likely to be so humid and exhausting. Still need to get on a decent sleep schedule, but that will come in time.

See you next week!
