Hello everyone and welcome to week 39 in the quest of a few internet friends who are trying to get healthy! We want to motivate one another and help each other get on the right track by working out, eating right, and reaching a great state of mind in the process. Being off for a while has made it harder and harder to get back into the groove. I’m being super organized but I keep hitting that snooze button over and over. I need motivation! Wishing I had a semi accurate weight however, we had nachos last night lol and that always throws me off completely! Coming out at my 25 days mark for this 100 days challenge and I am down a consistent 3lbs, not bad, especially for someone only really half trying. We had an elliptical given to us, so I plan on starting that once things settle down a bit here and I am able to give it a go. My kids are constantly on it and think it’s the best thing they’ve ever owned lol Hopefully with logging I’ll see another drop soon!

Running is going extremely well. I’m hoping to reach my goal late October/ early November.
Not good. I’ve sort of abandoned IIFYM; I’m pretty much back to calorie counting and actually much more content. That being said, prior to making this decision, I had a terrible, terrible binging incident. This incident culminated in me eating an entire loaf of banana bread. Banana bread that had mini reeses cups in it. With ice cream. And the leftover resse cups.
Fail. Just fail.

Had an OK week fitness-wise on a compressed schedule due to a family trip. I’m not concerned about the slight uptick in weight. I’m putting in the work and it will even out in a few weeks. On Monday, I lifted, focusing on chest, back, core, and legs. On Friday, I lifted, focusing on arms, shoulders, core, and legs. We had a soccer game Friday night. It ended in a 3-3 tie that felt like a loss. Ugh. That’s all this week!


Dear Diary, Working on my mental health and trying desperately not to slide into a depression. I’m so glad I have a healthy therapist. I’ll try more sit-ups this week. Maybe I’ll get to “1”. Pixie (who is still eating properly for the most part at least.)
