I am becoming more organized and it feels great. I started a bullet journal and am writing down pretty much everything. I feel like it is really helping me focus on what is important and not try to just remember everything off the top of my head. This is helping my be healthy and happy and I cannot even begin to tell you how this is making my life better! Wanna chat about diet or exercise? Tweet me @Sarindre or follow me on MyFitnessPal as korngirl723. Have a great week!

Had an OK week fitness-wise on a compressed schedule due to a family trip. I’m not concerned about the slight uptick in weight. I’m putting in the work and it will even out in a few weeks. On Monday, I lifted, focusing on chest, back, core, and legs. On Friday, I lifted, focusing on arms, shoulders, core, and legs. We had a soccer game Friday night. It ended in a 3-3 tie that felt like a loss. Ugh. That’s all this week!

Dear Diary It has been a very busy week. Rescued a kitten. Did some sit-ups, Enjoyed the sunshine less than I hoped, but did get a better counselor. Mental health is even more important sometimes than doing those sit-ups. Still need to get up and go for a morning walk, though the new kitten has plans for my days starting WAY earlier than expected. Ah, the joys of being a new mama again. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Little Lord Tyrion is the best surprise to fall into my life in a long time, and he’s not the only one who was rescued last Friday. He might just have rescued me as well. Till next week. Pixie

I’m back trying to stop drinking pop and coffee, but this time it seems 1000% harder to be honest. Terrible headaches! The coffee has to go, it’s a huge IBS trigger and it’s been terrible the past few weeks.
I decided to give working out a try, so I did the elliptical for 20 minutes and swam for a bit after. Food planning has gone OK, though some nights we haven’t stuck to it, but for the most part it has been a success! The household favorite (shockingly) is the brussel sprout sausage skillet dinner!
