Not much new to report. I am back working really hard in he gym to help me achieve my goals. I feel so much stronger as I can easily bench 55 pounds now and am ready to move up to 60. It does not seem like much but a massive increase since the bar alone used to give me trouble….yikes. I need to really work on my chest and back more. I normally focus so much on legs and do them twice a week that I feel like those areas are missing out! Wanna chat about diet or exercise? Tweet me @Sarindre or follow me on MyFitnessPal as korngirl723. Have a great week!

Staying at 197 this week was very welcome news, because I felt like it wasn’t my best week. The short week due to 4th of July didn’t help my gym routine. Only two trips to the gym fit in. On day 1, I lifted, focusing on chest, upper back, core, and legs. On day 2, I I lifted again, focusing on arms, shoulders, legs, and core. Another soccer game Friday night. This time we won 1-0. Wasn’t my finest hour, but that’s okay. I have a busy week in store to make up for my self-perceived slacking! Also, to make a little headway before I head to the beach for a week at the end of July, which I’m sure will make eating and exercising right more challenging.

Dear Diary,
When life stops or five minutes and lets me catch my breath, I’ll be ready to start thinking healthy. *wanders away to go pack up everything again*
