I tried making Cream of Broccoli and Cheese soup last night, I love it, and the recipe on the package of broccoli looked and sounded great! How hard can this be?? Well as you can see by my photo, hard apparently hahaha
Now, there is a curious thing with this recipe, it calls for Worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard, but in the instructions it doesn’t say anywhere when to add it to the pot haha so I skipped them, also because I am a soup noob, I somehow managed to burn the cheese to the bottom of the pot and scorch the rest! In the end the taste was still bearable, but no one had more than one courtesy bowl lol
I’ll try again, but I’ll wait until their memory of this fail is long gone first!
