Corn Soufflé is pretty much my favorite thing to make for holiday dinners! I make it for EVERY SINGLE ONE and not just because it is super easy but also because it is yummy!
You can find the recipe here: Corn Soufflé!
Ingredients:
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 stick butter (melted is easier!)
- 1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
First you want to take your oven and preheat it to 350F. Make sure you get out your dish you would like to bake it in and butter or Pam it all up so nothing sticks (because it will!). This is what I use and I LOVE it! Makes it great every time!
Take a medium-sized bowl and mix everything in it until the Jiffy mix is completely smooth. Then pour the mixture into the casserole dish and place in the oven for an hour! That is it! Super easy and super delish for your holiday parties!
