This weekend my diet totally derailed! With birthday parties and kids up all night (literally) it was a total disaster!
images-3So this morning I am going to make myself up some chocolate to get me through the day!


  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

In a pot combine the butter and coconut oil until melted, add the honey (more if you need it sweeter), and the cocoa (you can add more of this too if it’s not chocolaty enough!).  Once it is all blended remove from heat and add the vanilla.

Mix it up well and then pour onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and stick it in the freezer if you want it to set quick! You have to keep it in the fridge, unless it’s cold in your house, otherwise the ingredients will start to melt again!

Perfect to grab and snack when a craving hits and you don’t want to derail it all like I did this past weekend!
