It’s again, easy mode, put the meat in the bottom – they have pork chops listed, I used two pork loins, about 1kg worth of meat. Mix the tomato sauce and all the spices together, and pour over the meat. Cook on low for 5-7 hours until the meat shreds. The only thing I did differently is I added a Tsp of maple syrup at the end after the meat was shredded and mixed with the sauce. It still had a really tangy smell to it, so like spagetti sauce I added it to make the sauce little more mild. My kids also found it a little spicy so we may cut down on the cayenne pepper next time we make it.
This stuff turned out awesome, and will for sure be our new go to recipe for pulled pork! Enjoy!
