This is so simple but so good, time to be amazed! Add butter to the frying pan, chop up your onions and slice your mushrooms and add them to your pan. Slice up your roast beef and also add it to the frying pan. Heat on medium until everything is cooked, nice and soft. Slice your green peppers in half, so they will lay down on a baking sheet. Line the bottom of your peppers with mozzarella, scoop some of the roast beef mix into your pepper and then top with more cheese. Bake at 350F until the cheese is all melted. You could wait until your pepper is totally cooked but we keep them kind of crunchy still with all the inside stuff melted and warm.
