It sounded scary when I first heard about this, and what was in this “pudding” haha We braved the ingredients and what we thought it was going to taste like and made it anyway!
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or other milk of your choice
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of maple syrup
The directions I got simply say to dump it all into the blender and mix it, but my blender is picky, so we add the liquid first and then the more solid ingredients! I scooped it out and we tried it. I thought it was pretty good, my 8 year old exclaimed that this was the best pudding EVER and way better than the stuff I buy at the store, she also asked if I could make all the food healthy like this because she loved it!
