My favorite, EVER! I have been around this block a few times now, tried just about all of them actually. Finding a really good substitute for pizza crust has been hard, like real hard. My husband is super happy just having the gluten free pizza crust from Bulk Barn (with all different flours, flaxseed and xanthan gum) but I still would prefer to not include the extra ingredients where I can avoid them, and I think they taste awful!
About a year ago in a forum I belong to, someone posted this recipe, and I loved it. My family didn’t though so I kept hunting for one that worked for all of us, I never found one. I have now officially given up, the kids can have their stuff, my husband can have his and I’ll make my own lol

Ingredients: 1.5 C Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 C almond flour (ground almonds), 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1 egg and some garlic salt. I also add some basil, you could put some Italian seasoning in there too if you wanted.
First you put the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and nuke it for about 30 seconds or until your cheese is all melty. Then add the almond flour, spices, and egg. You might end up having to mix with your hands, so be careful because it might still be hot from being in the microwave!
Once you get it all mixed up, spread it out on your pan covered in parchment paper – nothing else works the
same by the way, I’ve tried and failed! The best way I found is to put the crust in between two pieces of parchment and use either your hands or a rolling pin to spread it around so it is like a pizza crust, you can make it as thick or thin or big around as you want/can.
Remove the top piece of parchment and using a fork poke some holes in the crust, bake it for about 8 mins or so at 425. It will bubble and rise, so just keep poking the bubbles with your fork until it’s lightly browned.
After that it’s simply add your toppings and pop it back in the oven until it’s all melted!
There you have it! Super yummy, crunchy, crispy, pizza crust!
