Last week I ate everything. It was bad. Beyond bad. I have not been on any type of diet for weeks and am on the verge of really caring, but I’m not quite there. The next couple weeks will be easier for me to eat well, and as of yesterday I’m off to a good start. We shall see.

Hit my goal weight this week. Woo! I’m resetting it at 175 now, but that’s the absolute lowest I’d like to go, so I may need to switch up my regimen or diet a little. We’ll see. There may be a natural plateau approaching, anyway. Light week due to holidays. On Wednesday, I ran on the treadmill, did some stationary bike, and some leg lifts for abs. The rest of the week, I just tried to walk when I could and stay on top of my diet choices. I’ll be back to my regular gym and soccer schedule next week.

Dear diary, I had a busy week after my weird flu/water issue happened. I haven’t so much as tried to get my yoga mat out to do exercises yet, and only part of me sees this as a bad thing. Waffles and ice cream dates are awesome though. At least mental jealous looking to improve with some intense breakthroughs though.
