I have been working out most mornings. I had to take a few off here and there due to tattoo appointments and healing but other then that I am rocking the working out. Food…not so much. I am so so so close. So if everything goes according to plan, I should be able to finish the challenge on Monday. That is my goal. That’s a full two months early. I was hoping to wrap-up this week, but I got an ankle tattoo fixed and was advised to not run for a week. After I threw a very mature tantrum, the guy amended that suggestion to just taking a few extra days off. That was still unacceptable to me, but I’m working with it. I only ran 4 days last week and I’m doing the same this week. I actually kindof like that better than 5, so I think I will keep alternating 4 and 5 day weeks.
In show news, I just finished Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which I LOVED. Now I’m starting True Blood. So far I just have extreme feelings of meh, but I am hopeful.
Eating. I ate all the things. If more things show up, I will eat them as well. Colder weather + traveling husband + toddler = why did all of my junk food suddenly disappear? Oh…

Goal Weight: 180

Eased back into lifting this week, although my plan is to avoid my shoulder and resume shoulders next week with lighter weights if everything is feeling good. I’m toying with the idea of setting my next fitness goal at running a 5k or 3.1 miles in 20 minutes. When I was 20, I could do this on a whim. It would be nice to get back there but with a second kid on the way I’m not confident in my free time. We will see where this journey takes me! On Monday, I ran 2.4 miles inside on the treadmill with speed incrementally increased, then did 2.3 more on the stationary bike. On Wednesday, I lifted, focusing on arms, legs, and core. On Thursday, I ran 5 miles outside (thank you weird October weather). On Friday, I lifted, focusing on chest, back, core, and legs. On Sunday I had another soccer game, which we tied 2-2 against a pretty good team, but I think we still should have won. That’s all this week!
