Incorporate your children.
Incorporate your fur babies.
Go on walks, ride your bikes together, play tag for 30 minutes! Get up and get moving!
I suggest creating a FITNESS INSTAGRAM for yourself, and ONLY follow fellow people working on their fitness goals, peopel who’ve already reached their goals, and healthy food instagrams too. It’s a fantastic way to gain motivation, understand that changes happen over time, and it’s OK to eat those chicken nuggets. We’re all human, and we sometimes just need a good comfort food meal.
